These terms govern your use of this website and your registration for the Chemistry Express masterclass, operated by Chemistry Express. By registering you confirm that you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

The masterclass is a live online training of approximately 30 minutes, delivered in English and Hindi. Attendance is free. We reserve the right to change the date, time, format, content or presenter, and to cancel a session, in which case registrants will be notified by email.

Seats are limited. Registration may close before the stated date once capacity is reached. We may also decline or cancel a registration at our discretion, including where the registration is clearly not a genuine fit for the session.

Bonus resources such as prompt packs, tools and roadmaps are provided for your personal use only. They remain our intellectual property and may not be resold, redistributed or republished.

All content on this website and within the masterclass — including frameworks, slides, recordings, text and graphics — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not record, copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the session without written permission.

Any figures mentioned on this site or in the masterclass, including references to a monthly revenue target, are illustrations of what is possible. They are not a promise or guarantee of income. Results depend entirely on your own expertise, effort, market, resources and execution. Many people who buy business education do not achieve the results discussed.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical of every participant. Placeholder testimonials shown before real ones are published are clearly labelled as such.

The masterclass is educational. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

We expect participants to be respectful. We may remove anyone who disrupts the session, spams other attendees, or promotes unrelated offers.

The masterclass is delivered using third-party platforms such as Zoom and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. This site is not part of, or endorsed by, Facebook, Google, YouTube, Zoom or WhatsApp.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business, arising from your use of this website, the masterclass or the free resources.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
