This website is operated by Chemistry Express ("we", "us", "our"). We run the Chemistry Express masterclass and related Chemistry learning programs. If you have any question about this policy, contact us through the email address used to send your masterclass confirmation.

When you register for the masterclass we ask for your name, email address and WhatsApp number. We also record the profile you select (for example "working professional") and the challenge you select, so we can make the session relevant to the people in the room.

We additionally collect basic technical and usage information such as page views, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type and referring source.

We use your information to:

• send you the joining link, reminders and the replay for the masterclass;
• deliver the free resources promised on the registration page;
• add you to the masterclass WhatsApp group if you choose to join;
• contact you by email, WhatsApp or phone about the masterclass and related coaching offers;
• understand which marketing sources work, and improve the session itself.

By registering you agree to receive masterclass-related messages by email, WhatsApp and phone, including automated calls or messages where applicable. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email, leaving the WhatsApp group, or replying to ask us to stop.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example email delivery, hosting, database, analytics, messaging and calling providers — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic and attribute registrations to marketing sources. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.

We keep registration data for as long as needed to run our programs and to meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Students under 18 are welcome to attend the masterclass with their parent or guardian, but we do not knowingly collect registration details directly from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will always be available on this page with an updated date at the top.
